BREATHWORK & SOUND HEALING

  • SOUND JOURNEY

    This one-hour sound healing class provides an opportunity to rest, release, and reset. Different therapeutic instruments such as the didgeridoo, mayan flute, and quartz crystal bowls are played creating different tones and frequencies throughout the room. These frequencies provide deep healing for the mind and body. Often, benefits such as improved mood, heightened intuition, deeper sleep, and increased energy levels are experienced. This class is accessible to all levels, and it is a great access point if you are just beginning your healing journey.

    Please wear comfortable clothing.

    Please bring a water, if you choose, a journal to note your experience, something to cover your eyes, any additional support you may need (pillow, extra blankets, etc.)

  • SOMATIC BREATHWORK

    This 2 hour Somatic Breathwork workshop helps you to connect to the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that are otherwise hard to access in the conscious state. This breathwork practice utilizes a 50-minute circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch to help open blocked energy centers within the body. This breathwork helps to facilitate a cathartic release that helps to expel stress and anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative belief systems, old patterns, and addictions that may be holding us back. These stressors are stored within the tissues of our bodies and when released, it helps to free up space within the body. This helps to promote relaxation, clarity and helps to bring about a greater sense of joy and presence. Many people report feelings of euphoria and out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.

    Please bring water, a journal, and refrain from eating a large meal or drinking caffeine two hours prior to the session.

  • NEO-SHAMANIC BREATHWORK

    This 8 hour Neo-Shamanic Breathwork workshop is a powerful body-centered healing modality that combines deep, connected breathing, music, and a sacred space to support personal transformation. This practice was founded by James Frazier and is based on the work of Stanislav Grof, who developed Holotropic Breathwork.

    Neo-Shamanic Breathwork incorporates elements of neo-Jungian and shamanic practices. This breathwork is done in a group setting, with a trained facilitator guiding you through the process. As you begin to breathe more deeply, you may begin to experience a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual phenomena. This may include altered states of consciousness, visions, memories, and bodily sensations. Our trained facilitator is present to support you and help you integrate through your experiences.

    Neo-Shamanic Breathwork can be a powerful tool for healing from trauma, releasing emotional blockages, enhancing self-awareness & self-acceptance, and promoting personal growth and transformation. It can also be used to connect with one's intuition, creativity, and spiritual side.
