    In this class we will focus on engaging all muscle groups. We will use resistance bands, light weights & cardio to achieve a full body workout. The class will be broken up into sets and we will work with the beat of the music. You can expect lunges, burpees, squats, jumping jacks, pushups, ab workouts, etc. This class is heated to 75ºF - 85ºF using our far-infrared heated panels. If you’re looking for a HIIT full body workout, this class is for you!

  • YOGA SCULPT : GLUTES & ABS

    This type of workout combines yoga poses with resistance training with the use of light dumbbells and resistance bands. It is a great way to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class will focus mainly on glutes and abs but other muscles will be engaged as well. This class is heated to 75ºF - 85ºF using our far-infrared heated panels. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels, and it can be modified to fit your individual needs.

  • HIIT DANCE

    This dance class is a fun and energetic way to get in shape and burn calories. We combine hip hop & modern dance moves with aerobic exercises to create a workout that is both challenging and enjoyable. We focus on getting your heart rate up and improving your cardiovascular health. This class is heated to 75ºF - 85ºF using our far-infrared heated panels. This class is open to people of all skill levels & abilities, you can go at your own pace.

    Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines the best of Pilates with the power of our far-infrared heated studio. Expect a room cranked to about 95-100 degrees and a challenging series of postures designed to:
