    Vinyasa yoga is a non heated, mixed level yoga class. In this class, you will flow from one pose to the next using the breath to guide you. There will be plenty of props for those that need some extra support.

  • HEATED SLOW FLOW

    This is a gentle and mindful yoga practice that will be heated to about 85º F using our eco-friendly infrared yoga panels. The heat helps to relax the muscles and improve circulation, while the slow pace allows for greater focus on alignment and breath. If you want a good full body workout that is not super intense or if you are new to yoga & like a little heat - then this class is for you!

  • HOT POWER YOGA

    In this vigorous yoga practice the studio will be heated to about 100º F using our eco-friendly infrared yoga panels. The infrared heat helps to increase your flexibility and range of motion, allowing your body to burn more calories and improve your cardiovascular health. There will be LOTS of sweat in this full body workout BUT your body will be thanking you after & your mind will feel so at ease after letting it allll go on the mat!

  • WARM SLOW BURN

    For one hour, slow down your movement to delve deeper into the muscular system by holding poses for a longer period of time in our infrared room heated to about 85º. This class demonstrates the power of slow and intentional movement focusing your awareness on breath and settling into deep sensation. Explore the somatic sense of self and deeper awareness. All levels welcome.

  • DEEP STRETCH RESET

    The intention of the class is to digest the energy from the day. The class starts with breathwork followed by a slow flow to warm up the muscles and joints in preparation for longer held restorative poses and deep stretches. Explore the somatic sense of self through deeper awareness of the body on a physical and spiritual level. We believe that motion is lotion for the body and this class is great for anyone wanting to improve flexibility and elasticity by diving deep into the fascial tissue. All levels are welcome. Warm studio heated to about 85º.

  • RECHARGE

    Class begins with mindful breathwork. Once the body and mind begin to slow down we will then shift into a focused, guided visualization meditation. These meditations are designed to nourish the body and mind and facilitate resilience and calm, aided alongside breathing techniques and body sensing. Guided Imagery Meditation can transform the nervous system from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest." Experience a serene wind-down at the end of your work week to help recharge you for the weekend ahead and take the tranquility home with you.
