YIN YANG
Find balance and harmony in this 75-minute class that begins with a dynamic Yang practice, building heat and energy through a flowing sequence of postures. We’ll than transition into a deeply restorative Yin practice, holding poses for longer periods to target the deep connective tissues and to activate the para-sympathetic nervous system. The 90-degree heat enhances flexibility and promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and grounded.
Class may end with a restorative meditation or mini-sound healing session.

WARM, HEATED, OR HOT FLOW
This vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice linking breath and movement in a heated room (to about 85ºF for warm, 95ºF for heated, or 103ºF for Hot) using our eco-friendly infrared heat panels. Expect a flowing sequence of postures that builds heat, enhances flexibility, and promotes mindful movement. Leave feeling energized and grounded.

HOT POWER YOGA
In this vigorous yoga practice the studio will be heated to about 103º F using our eco-friendly infrared heat panels. The infrared heat helps to increase your flexibility and range of motion, allowing your body to burn more calories and improve your cardiovascular health. There will be LOTS of sweat in this full body workout BUT your body will be thanking you after & your mind will feel so at ease after letting it allll go on the mat!

DEEP STRETCH RESET
The intention of the class is to digest the energy from the day. The class starts with breathwork followed by a slow flow to warm up the muscles and joints in preparation for longer held restorative poses and deep stretches. Explore the somatic sense of self through deeper awareness of the body on a physical and spiritual level. We believe that motion is lotion for the body and this class is great for anyone wanting to improve flexibility and elasticity by diving deep into the fascial tissue.
All levels are welcome. Warm studio heated to about 85º.

RESTORE & REIKI
Experience a relaxing and supportive yoga experience that will help your nervous system find a new sense of calm and reset. This practice will use restorative poses using bolsters and blankets, so dress comfortably. Optional reiki session during the yoga practice.
What will this include? 5-6 restorative poses using props (bolsters and blankets) to support the body and facilitate a calmer state within your nervous system. Guided Meditation*Mini reiki for those that would like to receive it
Common Question: What is the difference between restorative and Yin? Restorative is about using mindfulness to calm your nervous system and relax your body. Yin is the practice to stretch and engage connective tissues in a more active movement.
