Class flows between grounding yoga warm-up sequences and full-body sculpting work layered with rhythmic, low-impact cardio. We finish with a calming yoga flow cool-down to improve mobility and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

RESTORATIVE

The intention of the class is to digest the energy from the day. The class starts with breathwork followed by a slow flow to warm up the muscles and joints in preparation for longer held restorative poses and deep stretch yin holds. Explore the somatic sense of self through deeper awareness of the body on a physical and spiritual level. We believe that motion is lotion for the body and this class is great for anyone wanting to improve flexibility and elasticity by diving deep into the fascial tissue. All levels are welcome.

This 60-minute class may feature aromatherapy with a unique essential oil blend, a guided meditation and/or a sound bath and will begin with a dynamic Yang practice, building heat and energy through a flowing sequence of postures. We'll then transition into a restorative Yin practice, holding poses for longer periods to target the deep connective tissues and to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The 90-degree heat enhances flexibility and promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and grounded. We will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling renewed.
