    Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that consists of eight sets of 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. This HIIT full body workout goes to the beat of high energy music.

    Tabata workouts are designed to be challenging, but they can be modified to fit all fitness levels. This workout can be done with a variety of exercises and some resistance bands and light dumbbells will be used as well. The goal is to work as hard as possible during the 20 seconds of effort, and then to rest completely during the 10 seconds of rest.

    Tabata workouts are a great way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and build muscle. They are also a time-efficient way to get in a full body workout, as each session is only four minutes long.

This class will focus mainly on glutes and abs but other muscles will be engaged as well. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels, and it can be modified to fit your individual needs.

We combine hip hop & modern dance moves with aerobic exercises to create a workout that is both challenging and enjoyable.
